All employees are required to meet OSHA 10 standards and we have OSHA 30 certified personnel on our staff. Halcomb personnel are experienced in cost estimating, risk mitigation, heavy equipment operation, and other industry best practices.

Halcomb is a mature small business registered in the System for Award Management as a Federal Government service provider. Halcomb possesses a certified payroll and cost accounting system aligned with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
